These are just some of the questions that fans of the hit Netflix show Stranger Things have been wondering after the first season’s finale left us with a cliffhanger.

Wheeler, Dustin Henderson (Gaten Matarazzo) and Lucas Sinclair (Caleb McLaughlin) are later shown speeding away on their bikes and standing outside their school dressed as the Ghostbusters. A very fleeting shot of a wide eyed Eleven (plus the fact it’s common knowledge Millie Bobby Brown is due to appear) heralds the return of our favourite tween telepath.

When that teaser airs tonight, we’ll be putting down the nachos for juuust a second to look out for her – or any sign she’s coming back – because it just ain’t Stranger Things with Eleven.

A release date is not yet available for Season 2 of Stranger Things.

Executive producer Shawn Levy previously teased that although the Demogorgon was destroyed in season 1, the evil will still exist in the forthcoming season. It was announced as early as August 31 a year ago via YouTube that Netflix is giving the green light to “Stranger Things” sequel.

Stranger Things season 2 premieres on Netflix sometime this year. The show recently won a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) award for best ensemble cast, besting Game of Thrones, Westworld, and The Crown.
